Billing & Software Changes

Our billing system upgrade is now complete. So what does this mean for you?

  • Auto Pay is back online! 
    Sign up for Auto Pay today! Your first statement will have the new account number. This account number will be necessary to sign up and manage your account online. Visit our website to register.

 

  • Billing Schedule may be Changing
    All customers within the same city are billed on the same schedule. This will enable us to better help you with billing questions.

 

  • Your Bill will look Different
    Statements generated after May 27th, 2014 will have a new look. The new format itemizes monthly charges and are easier to read. There is also more room for us to communicate important information to you in the statement message portion of the bill.

 

  • Your Account Number has changed.
    Every customer's account number has changed as of May 1st. If you pay online through your bank, please update your bank account with the new account number as soon as you receive your new statement it to ensure your payments are posted properly.

  

  • More Online Options Available
    Once the conversion is complete, you have an increased ability to manage your account using our online services. Customers will be able to make payments, register for recurring payments (Auto Pay), view statements and sign up for e-statements through our website.


We understand that some of these changes may pose an inconvenience to our customers in the short term, but we are excited to implement new technologies that will offer more flexibility with your account once the process is complete.     Reminder:  Our drivers work all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Check out the Holiday Schedule for your service area to view office closures for all holidays.
