  • Summer Hours: 8am – 6pm, Mon – Sat.    
  • Winter Hours: 8am – 4pm, Mon – Fri, 9am – 4pm Saturdays

Time to clean up your yard? We'll take your yard debris - grass, leaves, limbs, flowers, fruit, vegetables, etc. - and recycle it into premium quality compost. No charge for eligible WOW customers living within the city limits of McMinnville, Lafayette, Sheridan and Amity (fees are included in the garbage bills of these customers). All others must pay $5 per yard. Season Passes are also available - stop by the Greenlands office for more information.

SIX STEPS to Greenlands ultra-premium Compost Blends

1.
Yard debris is collected and ground into small pieces.

2.
Microorganisms break down the debris via aerobic decomposition.

3.
Compost exceeds 150 degrees Fahrenheit, hot enough to kill weed seeds.

4.
Six months to a year later, when the material is fully cured, compost is screened and ready for use.

5.
Greenlands staff monitor temperature, moisture and oxygen levels to ensure optimum decomposition conditions.

6.
Compost is thoroughly aerated to balance temperature and oxygen levels.
